Food, Snack or DrinkVendor Application

Apply online now for the 64th Annual Mount Mitchell Crafts Fair being held August 6 & 7, 2021.

Your application, photos and menu must be submitted to us by April 30, 2021 with a $30.00 non-refundable processing fee.  You will receive a letter of acceptance by e-mail along with details on how to submit booth payment online via PayPal. Full booth fee is required within 10 days of receiving your acceptance letter or you will forfeit the booth space.

 

Please Note

  • No Electricity is available in the food Court Area: Only Honda 200 Whisper Quiet Generators may be used.

 

Pay Online

Vendors can pay their application fees and booth rental fees online electronically through PayPal. We accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments. If paying through PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal to complete your application transaction when you submit the form. You will receive an electronic invoice for rental fees after your application has been approved.

Mail In An Application

Mail-in applications are still welcome. Download the online application here or contact the Chamber office at (828) 682-4423 to receive an application by email.

Snack Only or Drink Only Vendor Fee

$350 for a 10x10 booth space (in addition to the $30 application fee).
