Food Vendor Application
Apply online now for the 64th Annual Mount Mitchell Crafts Fair
being held August 7 & 8, 2020.
Your application, photos and menu must be submitted to us by April 26, 2020 with a $30.00 non-refundableprocessing fee. *Any application received after April 26, 2020 could be charged with a $50.00 late fee. You will receive a letter of acceptance by e-mail along with details on how to submit booth payment online via PayPal. Full booth fee is required by 10 days of receiving your acceptance letter or you will forfeit the booth space.
All Vendor Spaces are 10 ft. wide x 10 ft. deep. All product and supplies (everything) must stay within this booth space.
All tents must be weighted down by 30 lbs. on each corner and all weights must not be protruding outside your tent space.
No Electricity is available in the food Court Area: Only Honda 200 Whisper Quiet Generators may be used.
Vendors can pay their application fees and booth rental fees online electronically through PayPal. We accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments. If paying through PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal to complete your application transaction when you submit the form. You will receive an electronic invoice for rental fees after your application has been approved.
