Chamber Member Vendor Application

Apply online for the 64th Annual Mount Mitchell Crafts Fair being held August 6 & 7, 2021.

Application and photos must be submitted no later than April 30, 2021 with a non-refundable $30.00 processing fee.  Letters of acceptance will be sent by e-mail along with details on how to submit booth payment online via PayPal. Full booth fee is required within 10 days of receiving your acceptance letter or you will forfeit the booth space.

Pay Online

Vendors can pay their application fees and booth rental fees online electronically through PayPal. We accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments. If paying through PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal to complete your application transaction when you submit the form. You will receive an electronic invoice for rental fees after your application has been approved.

Mail In An Application

Mail-in applications are still welcome. You can download the application below or contact the Chamber office at (828) 682-4423 to receive an application by email.

Product Description

Please provide a description of your product(s) including how much of your product is handmade by YOU. Please include the suggested retail price of each product.

You MAY NOT display or sell any items not listed here.

The Mt. Mitchell Crafts Fair is celebrating it’s 63rd year of presenting beautiful and unique crafts, music, food and fun to the many visitors and locals who faithfully attend. The Chamber of Commerce is the organizer of the event and coordinates all booking for the show. The Chamber reserves the right to refuse any vendor from participating in the fair. By By initialing and dating in the box below, you agree that you: 1) have read and understand the application and process and agree to follow all of the fair rules and regulations; 2) that the description of your product and pictures are a fair representation of your product; and 3) that if accepted to the fair, you agree to operate your booth the entire duration of the fair, with no early breakdowns.

  • Please upload 3-5 current photos of your product(s) and a current photo of yourself working on product(s) or a current photo of the supplies used in product(s).  Your application will not be processed without photos.

  • To submit a sample of your work, please mail it to Yancey County Chamber of Commerce, 106 W. Main Street, Burnsville, NC 28714. Photos are required regardless of past participation in the Mount Mitchell Crafts Fair.
