Our volunteers play an important role in helping us serve residents, visitors, businesses, and our community. Volunteer opportunities may include welcoming guests, answering phones, sharing information about Yancey County, assisting with simple office tasks, supporting Chamber events, and serving as a friendly ambassador for our community.

No special experience is required—just a positive attitude, a willingness to help, and a love for Yancey County. Training and resources will be provided.
