Chamber Bucks

Chamber Bucks are gift certificates that can be used at participating Burnsville and Yancey County businesses. These businesses can be found here or a printed list can be provided through the Yancey Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber Bucks program was created to encourage shopping locally and supporting our unique, community-centered businesses. This initiative is especially vital now as our local economy works to recover from the impact of Hurricane Helene.

Chamber Bucks certificates can be purchased in denominations of $25 at the Chamber of Commerce office, located at 106 W. Main Street in downtown Burnsville. Or online at YanceyChamber.com. Each certificate incurs a $1.00 processing fee.

Using Chamber Bucks is as easy as cash—simply write the business name on the line provided and use it toward your purchase. Chamber Bucks are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can only be used at one store per certificate, with no cash back.
